Share your birth story

We invite women, birthing parents and partners to share your birth story with our community. Birth Stories help pregnant mothers be empowered, inspired and informed.

Submit your birth story:

If your baby was born at Wollongong or Shoalhaven Public or Private Hospitals
If your baby was born at home
If you had a vaginal, caesarean or assisted delivery. If you were induced or had an uninterrupted birth. Every birth story is welcome 🙂
Your birth experience was recent or years ago (there is no time limit on sharing your story!)
For more than one birth experience ie you can share all your births in one story.

Please add a photo via the button at the end of the form AFTER submitting your story. If you don’t have any birth photos, use a photo of you and your baby.

We suggest typing up your story in a separate document and then copying and pasting into the field below as the form does not auto save as you write.
