Monthly Community Reset

Let’s hang out

Being pregnant or stepping into new parenthood can feel really lonely sometimes — like you're carrying it all on your own, especially if you don’t have family support close by. But something amazing happens when we come together. Suddenly, it all feels just a little lighter.

Let’s be honest — many of us are running on empty, juggling way too much with way too little rest, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected - or all of the above. Some days just making it through feels like a win.

That’s exactly why we created Community Reset — a space to press pause, take a breath, and feel human again (not just in survival mode!).

It’s about more than just getting through. It’s about finding joy, having a laugh, share stories and remember we are doing great.

Each month, we gather for a 1.5-hour catch-up — a mix of cuppas, chats, and something special from a local facilitator. You might learn about pelvic floor health, try baby massage, address birth trauma through art therapy, or discover something else entirely. Every session is a little different but always welcoming.

We are a diverse group at Better Births Illawarra and that is reflected in our catch ups. We aim to create a safe space for neurospicy mums, gender-diverse parents and mamas whose ancestry is rooted in all cultures and faiths.

We meet monthly in Dapto and Bulli/Woonona — indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. You’re welcome to bring your baby, toddlers, or just yourself — however you are on the day.

Come along! Pop your details in the form below and we’ll send you the next date and location.
